Refund Policy

Refund & Replacement Policy

At Apex Advancement, we are committed to ensuring successful placements for our clients. To support this commitment, we provide the following guarantee:

0–30 Days

If the candidate does not reasonably perform in the position during the first 30 calendar days of employment, Apex Advancement will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.

31–60 Days

If the candidate does not reasonably perform within this period, Apex Advancement will issue a 50% refund of the placement fee.

61–90 Days

If the candidate does not reasonably perform within this period, Apex Advancement will issue a 25% refund of the placement fee.

Exclusions

No refunds or replacements will be provided if termination is due to lack of work, layoffs, organizational restructuring, or any reasons unrelated to the candidate’s performance.
